Dealing with anxiety and small panic attacks every day can be tolling on your mind, body and spirit. This is why we created Music for Coping with Panic Attack, an app that will help you deal with the stress that generates these unpleasant symptoms. Within it, you will find all that is needed in order to carry out many types of meditation for anxiety disorders.

Our app includes 10 beautiful tracks, each one of which is perfect for deep meditation techniques or guided relaxation. Try listening to them! The first half is completely free, while the others can be enjoyed within the premium version of our app:
