App Description
VIVAS is a mobile app that helps people learn about nutrition, exercise, treatment and medication. Specifically, people can:
- access care plan information (such as medication and care team)
- track key health measurements (weight, blood pressure and other blood test results)
- view tips and answer questions targeted to improve your daily routine
- receive encouragement for healthy behaviors
- take periodic health risk assessments
- invite a delegate to share in the experience of the app
- learn about community health events
