**About calculators

* BMI calculator : is a value derived from the mass and height of an individual. The BMI is defined as the body mass divided by the square of the body height.You can check your weight category and make decisions on losing or gaining weight. This is also a child BMI calculator so you can check the BMI values for children.

* BFP calculator : body fat includes essential body fat and storage body fat. Essential body fat is necessary to maintain life and reproductive functions. It is widely used as a measure of fitness level.
