I’ve gotten two of the Enigmatis games from this developer and they are worth it. However, Faces of Illusion was surprisingly off. Items are small and hard to see. For example, I had what I thought was a shovel in my inventory, and turned out to be a violin tuner. Some of the items are so well concealed you have to use hints to find them. (Spoiler alert: the pigeon is in an angel’s wing.)
Also it seems non sequitur. The logic didn’t follow — for example it was a good idea to send a child over a chasm with a tricycle and sharpened handlebars.
Lastly, The directions used for certain mini games was confusing, I think because it was poorly translated from another language.
Don’t let this game sway you from the developer.
