Total Garbage
It is disheartening to pay a substantial amount for an app that doesn't deliver. I am no photoshop wiz but I'm no stranger to image apps either. I can usually perform simple tasks with ease, such as adding some text and overlay an image. I have the perfect, easy to make logo in mind and after several hours of trying with this app I am throwing in the towel. It's bad enough that adding text is incredibly difficult to do (changing font and size is hugely problematic). When I finally got it right, importing an image, whether to overlay or background, changes the entire document size every time and skews everything. Oops, just undo they say... but a single step backwards merely deletes your hard work and redo doesn't bring it back. Save yourself some money and find something better.

Strange you are not seeing the templates or graphics that are included. Did you select the Graphics option in the main toolbar? This will open a browser window to look through the pre-designed logo graphics and templates. If you are still experiencing issues please contact our support team so we can get this resolved.
No Graphics
I bought this app for it's reasonable price and nice graphics. $19.99 down the drain, no graphics. I checked the support page to see if I needed to do something to download the graphics. Nothing.
