Very helpful, but missing ability to safe more than one preset with same duration

Multiple timers, check. Easy to use, check. Clean and lightweight, check. If you need multiple timers and an easy to use interface then Pro Timer is almost there.

Three major things lacking, however. First is the ability to change the not-so-audible tone that signals the completion of your task. While it does use a desktop notifaction and speaks the ‘title’ you have given your task, it would be more helpful to be able to change the tone and choose the notification method(s) you would like to use. You can disable the sound, but that’s really not enough for everyone. There is no preferences or settings pane and consequently no way to customize the application.

Secondly, there is no way to store frequently-used timers for tasks that you will do over and over again, or maybe each day.

Lastly, you cannot have more than one task running with the same duration. You basically choose a duration from a list of 21 durations ranging from 1 minute to 90 minutes. Once you select a duration, say 15 minutes, you cannot create an additional 15 minute task.

This no longer works.

Just downloaded it. Needed simple time tracking tool. No way to use it and it crashed three times. It’s zombieware. Should be removed from the App Store. Click on support and get a 404 error.

Utility apps do not require to be complexed and loaded with features always a simple app at times is all one needs. Pro Timer makes a sense, when time manger is all that important and tough at times then why spend time in setting up timer through multiple steps. This tool addresses this very are, just a click and that it.
