Description
Onduo simplifies the management of chronic health conditions (like type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure) and mental health by providing review, analysis, and evaluation of health data. Member data is captured using compatible FDA-cleared devices. The Onduo app is only available to eligible individuals enrolled in the Onduo program.
The program includes:
• FDA-cleared devices that will be shipped to you, if needed, such as a smart blood glucose meter or blood pressure monitor
• Simple, targeted tips and tricks to improve your health
• Access to a dedicated Care Team, as needed.
The Onduo app integrates with Apple Health to collect step data, displayed on the dashboard and history views.
The Onduo Virtual Care Software Platform is not intended to provide treatment decisions nor is it intended as a substitute for professional healthcare. Please consult a medical professional in the event you would like to use Onduo as part of professional healthcare treatment.

Used to be great!
This was an amazing app! But since the last update it’s just frustrating. Now I have to sign in twice each time I try to use it. The first time I sign in it says I’m signed in and it has to sign me out. Then I sign in a second time. Frustrating when your trying to log a meal. Today all my meals except my lunch are gone! All my insights, gone. What’s the point of logging my meals when they just disappear! I have been using this app for about 2 years and it was wonderful. Lots of good information. Now that information is gone… It works about once a week for a few hours then i can not sign in. I’m now wondering if there is another app that does the same thing. I really like being able to see what foods do to me, but I need a app that works! Update! They have fixed my app and it’s been working great for 2 months. I’m so happy to be able to keep my glucose in range and work on me again! This is once again a great app!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS APP
This app along with the entire Onduo program is amazing, I’ve learned so much since I’ve started over 2 years ago, I have been able to bring down my BG levels and even lost weight. I would definitely recommend this app and program 100 times over to anyone trying to understand their diabetes and finding aid in controlling it. I would give 10 stars but not available.
Problems Lately
I have been using this app for a while and it has always been great. Logging my food and my medication‘s with reminders , and I love the insights. What has been frustrating for me is the time doesn’t work anymore when logging my medication or food. If I take my medication at 9:30 at night, it forces me to log my medication at 2 AM in the morning, it does have a dial where you can change the times but it has been graying it out and forcing me to log when it wants me to log. So the team or my doctors must think I’m up at 2 AM taking my medication or eating something. Overall, it is my most used app but that is very frustrating. It wasn’t always like that.
