Connect Hearts is a new puzzle game with a simple but addicting and original gameplay.

The game is 100% free, does not contain any In-App purchases and is suitable for all ages! Perfect fun for the whole family!

How to play: Simply move your finger over at least 3 hearts of the same color in a way that you connect them all together - you must connect the last heart in your created chain with the first heart so there is a closed chain of hearts! Please review the screenshots to see how to play. Remember, bigger chains you create, better score you get! Submit your score at the end of the game to a global leaderboard to see who is the best! More games you play = better overall score you get, to submit the overall score just tap on it!

Game modes:
* Timed - you have exactly 2 minutes to get the best score possible
* 20 Moves - no time limit, you have 20 moves available
