Start sleeping smarter with the iFit Sleep app. Simply connect your iFit Sleep HR sensor to start tracking your heart and respiratory rate, body movements, and time spent in each sleep cycle. We’ll then give you insights on how to improve your sleep every single night.
Get detailed bedtime analytics, including:
heart rate details
number of awakenings
number of bed exits
time spent in each sleep cycle
time it took to fall asleep
overall sleep score
Also, with the built-in smart alarm, FreshWake™, simply set a time frame, and the sensor will look for the lightest part of your sleep cycle to wake you. That way, you’ll always feel refreshed and ready to take on the day.
