fix this please

The game is enjoyable however halfway through a certain level the game crashes and everything from the level is lost and needs to be done all over again 😒😤 this is really annoying and frustrating please fix it soon

Ok so I’m 15 now but when I was like 5 I had this game and I re- downloaded it cuz I was bored. And I can’t restore the purchase my mom made for all the levels and other makeup colors and hair styles 😭😭😭. Basically just don’t get it if u don’t wanna pay money 😇😘🤭🥰✨
