I cant download on an ipad

Their website has nothing, its not even a website
And apple support email address when u reply to their emails it bounces back yet they can please reply
Not downloading. Says can't download at this time
I have 9GB of space & still it says can't download at this time. Waste of money. Waste of my son time. Refund!!
