At the YMCA we believe that fitness and recreation should be fun, interactive and encouraging. We offer a variety of fitness classes taught by certified instructors that are included with the price of your membership, as well as various recreational programs for all ages that are offered at a discounted rate or for free. It's easy to join the YMCA and make a difference in your life. When you join the YMCA, you automatically become part of a community. Our doors are open for you to get healthier, find support and make friends for life. We're the place where children, adults and families thrive together. We have two Health, Fitness & Recreation Centres. One is located in the beautiful Crescent Park at 220 Fairford Street East - 1-306-692-0688 Ext# 2 and the other is located in the lower level of Co-op at 500 1st Avenue N W - 1-306-692-1211.
