Error in app

Does not allow you to cancel your order or delete payment information. Ordered on a holiday and it scheduled for the next day. Had to drive to Resturant to get it fixed. It did not ask when I wanted the food. The manager said use the website, but the website kept pointing to download app when you use a mobile device.
