Its 2016! More and more of us are having difficulties with not getting a great night's sleep. With the stresses of our modern world sleep doesn't come easily. Some of us are also dealing with depression, anxiety and let's face it, just too much information, too much noise....relaxing and falling asleep becomes just another chore and if you can't get to sleep then your stress levels rise SLEEPMAKER APPS are here to help!
Sleepmaker Apps is a series of Relaxation soundscapes and loops originally recorded from nature. These are original natural recordings (not computer generated sounds)
Sleepmaker Mindfulness 2 contains voice guided sessions to help you de-stress and feel better.
HOW TO USE OUR APP:
+ Simply launch the app and swipe left or right to select a track.
+ Use our timer (bottom right) to set how long the track to play.
+ Press the timer Start Button.
+ The track will start playing and fade out gently in the last minute.
+ Pressing the == at the bottom will show all tracks at once.
+ If AirPlay is available, a blue AirPlay icon will appear.
+ Now the track is playing, you can turn off the screen and enjoy :)
+ You can also change tracks on the lock screen!
