App Description
The Waterboys app empowers football fans team up with NFL stars to raise money and awareness to bring clean water to people in East Africa. With the app, you can capture, share and view photos of your own, and view and share photos with leading NFL athletes. All with the purpose of inspiring fans and other friends to donate to support the cause.
• Join the #drink4water campaign, and support leading NFL athletes in their efforts to provide clean water to East Africans.
• Follow and share the photos posted by your favorite NFL athletes.
• Capture and share photos of your own in the app and on social media.
• Donate and become part of the growing team of players, fans and brands who support the cause.
The app provides a unique chance for NFL players and their fans to "compete" on a new platform - with those in need of clean water emerging as the victors. The Initiative was founded by NFL defensive end, Chris Long, and powered by WorldServe International, a leading provider of clean water wells in sub-Saharan Africa.
