Our yoga studios are intimate, community based, and offer heated & non-heated yoga classes. Our La Jolla studio offers both heated & non-heated classes, and we have beautiful showers available for use after your practice. Our Carmel Valley studio has only non-heated classes at the moment. The heart behind each class is to create an experience designed to improve the quality of women’s health – a marriage between the mental, physical and emotional well being.
