Riptide GP2 comes splashing in with a new update that offers an all-new mode: VR challenge. This allows players to record their best times and face their friends, whether they are online or not, by downloading and racing against recordings of their best performances. The update also includes a female character for players when choosing their gender in the customizing screen.
Things speed up a bit in this update as the Scorpion Hydro Jet has been tuned and remastered for Riptide GP2. Get back in the waters and put the acceleration and boost of this hydro jet to the test while competing against friends for the top spots!
Are you ready to get wet? It’s nearly time to jump on your hydro jets and begin the race as Pocket Gamer reports that Riptide GP2 is set to launch on iOS this Thursday, July 25th. If you haven’t seen it yet, make sure to check out the hydro jets trailer (below) that features all the vehicles from the game for you to race and perform tricks with.

Vector Unit released a new trailer for its upcoming sequel, Riptide GP 2. In the video below, you’ll be able to see a few familiar hydro jets along with a couple of new jets that will be available in the game. Pocket Gamer reports that Riptide GP 2 will feature plenty of new features and content to go along with the new hydro jets, including new courses.
