The key story and gameplay elements are exactly the same as the original Bug Princess 2. Make no mistake, however, there’s new stuff to justify the purchase. Even more bullets are included in this version, which is something I would never have considered possible but there it is. Players can also recreate a near arcade-perfect experience by slowing down the action (i.e. simulating processor strain). But by far the most interesting addition is the new Boss Rush Mode. All of the massive bosses from the first and second game are here, and high scores can be posted for bragging rights. There was also mention of an option to save progress, but details are still a little scarce at this point. Bug Princess 2 Black Label has no definitive release date or price at the moment. Presumably it should be out in the next few months, and most likely sell for anywhere between $5 and $15 using Cave’s previous titles as a guide, but that’s all speculation. It is coming, though. And it’s looking like it’ll be glorious. $6.99 ![]() + Universal App - Designed for iPhone and iPad Released: 2012-04-05 :: Category: Games Bravo Force: Last Stand Review+ Universal App - Designed for iPhone and iPadSimple yet satisfying FPS fun. Coming soon will be free-to-play, dual-stick shooter Asteroids: Gunner. It’ll offer three galaxies to explore with 150 waves of asteroids and aliens to wipe out. Three different spacecrafts will also be available: the Miner, the Bomber and the Dart and plenty of upgrades are on offer. New galaxies and upgrades will be purchaseable with Space Bucks, while leaderboard fans will enjoy the all-important Game Center and Open Feint support. For now, we’ve just got a selection of screenshots of what’s to come, but I strongly suggest keeping an eye on the Asteroids: Gunner Facebook page as well as here for more information as and when we get it. This is the premise of Paint in the Bugs, a simple casual game all about wiping out bugs in order to stop them damaging the beautiful paintings within the museum. Along the way, players can take in the sights of such classic masterpieces as the Mona Lisa and more. To do this, players must shoot their way through each level ensuring that they use the right color paint for the right creature in order to vanquish them. Good hand to eye coordination is required, as well as a keen eye to keep track of the color variants. This looks set to be one for the high score chasing fan. Paint in the Bugs is out now and priced at $0.99. $0.99 ![]() iPhone App - Designed for the iPhone, compatible with the iPad Released: 2011-08-05 :: Category: Games Space Falcon Reloaded ReviewiPhone App - Designed for the iPhone, compatible with the iPadSpace Falcon Reloaded is a somewhat straightforward shooter with pretty visuals and plenty of old-school fun to be had.
