Pocket Casts, by ShiftyJelly, is a podcast manager that organizes all of your favorite shows - and the app has been updated to 5.0 to be bigger and better than before.

Pocket Casts now has an updated UI and a Per Podcast notification setting that makes it so you only get notified about podcasts that you pick. You can also add things to your Up Next list straight from a notification.

To save time, you can now turn on auto download. Any new episodes of your podcasts will automatically upload for your listening pleasure.

There are a ton of other new things that have been added to Pocket Casts, which you can find on the App Store for $3.99.

Pocket Casts 4.0 adds a host of features and utilizes iOS 7. Podcasts can now be downloaded in the background (it's like we're living in the future!) and the app is also Universal. Progress listening to a podcast is now synced so that listeners can pick up right where left off from one device to another.
