The end of the week has rolled around. It's been a pretty good seven days for mobile gaming - if you want proof you can click here and check out our five favorite games that came out this week - but now we're going to turn our attention to the future. We're sort of like psychics, except what we're saying is based on actual facts rather than just things we've made up in our brains.

There's a chance some of these games might not come out next week, such is the fickle nature of the mobile gaming beast, but we're pretty sure they're going to land when they said they would. And there might be other games we've not spotted coming out too - if you've seen any, do let us know in the comments section at the bottom of the article, we'd love to hear from you.

You can check out all the other great lists we've been making recently by clicking this link, and while we're a bit biased, we definitely reckon you should have a look through - there's some great work there even if we do say so ourselves. Right we've done our due diligence, let's get on with getting excited about next week's games.

Or, in less florid language, we tell you the top 5 games for iPhone and iPad that are coming out next week.

The end of the week has rolled around again, which means it's time for us to look forward to the games you're going to be playing over the next seven days. We've got the return of a mobile gaming legend next week, as well as a couple of other really interesting looking experiences.

And if that wasn't enough we've stuck pre-order links in so you can have the game ready to download the second it lands on the App Store. We're good like that. So good that, if you think we've missed anything and you tell us in the comments, we almost certainly won't collapse in a ball and start weeping.

It's Friday, it's nearly the weekend, and it's time to look ahead to some of the awesome iPhone and iPad games you're going to be playing next week. And there are some really interesting titles headed to the App Store over the next seven days.

Sure, there aren't loads of them, but we've got a couple of puzzlers, an adorable idle game, and a super-shiny looking shooter, so there's probably going to be something that catches your eye on the list.

It's been a great week for releases (as you can see if you check out the games that are up for our game of the week award), and while next week isn't looking quite so shiny, there's still some impressive stuff waiting to be discovered.

You don't need to wander through the App Store scratching your head, because we've even included links where they're applicable so you can pre-order the game and then forget about it until you get a notification on your phone telling you that it's ready to download.

Ah the working week is crawling towards its end. But fret not, dear reader, there's still time for us to share with you the iPhone and iPad games that you should be excited about playing next week. And we reckon there are at least three games on the list that everyone should be getting psyched about right now.

October and November are often the best months for iOS gaming, and it's looking like that's going to be the case this year as well. Every game we've chosen is pretty special, and we hope that you're going to agree with us about that.

Congratulations everyone, we've managed to make it to the end of the working week. It was looking touch and go there for a bit, but we've scraped past the finish line. And that means it's time to look at the awesome mobile games that we're all going to be playing by this time next week.

After the disappointment around The Elder Scrolls: Blades over the past couple of weeks, it's nice to be able to write about something else. If you didn't know yet, the release of Bethesda's mobile ARPG has been pushed back to December. So you've got plenty of time to get read for that one now.

That said, next week definitely has some promising games, one of which we reckon could be vying for the game of the year award come the end of 2018. If you know of any other games coming out next week that have got your blood pulsing, make sure you let us know about them in the comments below.
