When it comes to decisions, sometimes we're our own worst critics, in part because we lack any kind of perspective on ourselves, because we are ourselves. This is where friends come in - they can help us make those decisions we need another set of eyes on. But what if your friends aren't around, you don't trust them, or you're someone who needs a statistically significant sample of respondents to your inquiry? Then it's time for Opinionaided to help you out, or at least try to do so.

Opinionaided lets you ask questions in a variety of categories, from just asking the amalgamation of internet souls if you look good, to asking questions about games. People can vote up, down, or neutral on your question, and add comments as well. Of course, you can vote on other people's questions too, going through random questions to help other people make decisions or to share your opinion, with the ability to filter for various categories. The only caveat is that you have to include a picture (hopefully related to your question) with your question. You have to create an account to use the service, but you can use Facebook Connect to log in as well.

The problem, of course, is that while there are tons of anonymous internet users out there who will gladly dispense advice on your inquiries and quandaries, there's no guarantee that any of your answers will resemble anything remotely related to human intelligence. If you go to vote and look in the humor, attractiveness, or dating categories, you will see typing that barely qualifies as decipherable English, and pictures of jokes that are only funny if you perhaps lack the delta brain wave. And of course, when someone posted a question asking if people were excited for Portal 2, a slight majority of respondents voted down on it. So, you're not exactly walking into a MENSA meeting when you fire up this app.

Opinionaided is both the best and worst of the internet - quantity over quality rules the day here. So, if you think that you need to get advice from the horde of internet users willing to share their opinion, or feel like raising the IQ pool of those users just slightly by helping other people out with their questions, then the Pandora's Box of Opinionaided is ready and waiting for you.
