citizen.tv has announced the release of its iPhone app, also called citizen.tv, offering a social and mobile video experience that users can check out this Wednesday, November 13. It features messaging, commenting, the ability to share videos, and users can also participate in citizen.tv competitions as they upload and manage their own videos.

“We’ve been working on our iPhone app for a long time, with the ultimate goal of creating the most beautiful social video experience on mobile. We strongly believe we’ve achieved that and we can’t wait for the world to finally see the app in action!” said Sean Fee, Chief Commercial Officer for citizen.tv, in a press release.
