photo (10)Weather Magic Pro is an easy-to-use and deeply customizable weather app developed by Finggs Tecnologia. Because of its deep feature set and detailed weather information provided by Weather Underground, the app is a viable replacement for the default weather app on iOS.

Weather Magic Pro, by default, boasts an impressive amount of weather information including the current temperature, a useful “feels like” metric, humidity levels, wind chill data, an hourly forecast, multiple radar views (i.e. cloud, rain, and radar), as well as a weekly outlook on the weather, among other things. One of the great things about this app though is that it realizes that users may not want to be overloaded with all of this data all the time, and responds by giving them a variety of ways to pick and choose what data gets displayed and how. The control over layouts can get as granular as deciding the order in which pieces of information are displayed, making Weather Magic Pro the ideal weather app for anyone that is looking for a very specific way of consuming their weather information.

photo 2 (1)Beyond weather information and layouts, Weather Magic Pro has a few secondary features that further add to its overall value. Advertised as somewhat of a world clock as well, Weather Magic Pro allows users to add up to ten different locations and provides options for users to prevent their Apple devices from locking when the app is active, turning your iPhone or iPad into a sort of desk clock. Also, there are other features built in like the ability to slide up and down to adjust app brightness and the ability to shake for a flashlight that may prove convenient in adverse conditions.

With all of these features, Weather Magic Pro is easy purchase to recommend. At $0.99, it provides a beautiful and detailed view of the weather that outstrips much of the competition.
