I also use TweetDeck on my desktop. The way I use twitter, with multiple accounts (four!), it's the best so far. One of my favorite aspects of the app is how easy it is to get from one account to the other. Some draw backs you didn't mention: A noticeable amount of crashing, and it's lacking an easy way to search Twitter without needing to set up a whole column - it's too permanent feeling.
