Everything about the players ability applies to "The Garage" What's important is that the rooms progressively get harder. You'll never see a player bet on rags in Paris or Vegas. In fact winning Vegas is very difficult and takes time. My theories are yet to be proven but it seems that the AI even plays off the amount of time if takes you to bet.
