This review should be removed from the site because this app is no longer available from the iTunes App Store. There is no editorial value in keeping this review posted because you can no longer buy the application. My assumption is that the developer removed the app from the store because it is not compatible with iPhone OS 3.0, as the comments below indicate.

I have been in contact with the developer Jason Clark. This
'confirmation' step is because of an OS 3 security issue and effects
all speed dialers. As such it cannot be fixed from within the
application itself. Dissapointing to hear.

since the iphone update 3.0 I cant dial with one push of the icon, I have to push it again to dial. It was so much better before especially while driving.

will they fix it? I would pay to get it right
