Mouse About has nearly perfect graphics and audio. In truth, I'm not really sure how they could make them better. So let's just call them perfect, ok? This game is from the same company that brought us Numba, a great number matching game.
Your goal in Mouse About is to move Marv the mouse around the screen eating the food without falling prey to the house cat that is lurking just off screen. You do this by directing your cat in one of the four directions. It will start moving and stop only when it hits something. Either food or an inedible item that acts like a stop. This make an interesting puzzle game. You try to get as much food as possible, hopefully all of it, before moving on to the next level. The game progresses by making the boards harder and harder and giving you less and less time to complete them. You lose a life if you run out of time or run off the screen.
The sound and music in this game is fantastic. The music is very Disney-esque. I did have a few memory hiccups with this game, unfortunately. Just need to do the usual, restart your phone to clean up the memory. Come Apple, fix this! Pretty please?
Here's a video to show you, in bad YouTube quality, the game. Believe me it looks much better than this.
This is a great game that's been very well made. Easy to recommend it. Grab it now while it's still on sale! Though it's easily worth the normal price of $1.99. A lite version (iTunes link) is available to help convince you.
