The Premier League season is over and the World Cup is yet to begin, but there’s a new way to get your football fix in the meantime. Stickman Soccer 2018 has just kicked off on mobile devices and it promises to be the most feature-packed edition to date.
Developed by Djinnworks, this season’s version of the award-winning arcade soccer title comes with a host of new gameplay features, including red and yellow cards, a sprint button, slow motion replays, and a wide range of customisation options.
There’s also a dedicated World Cup mode to tie in with this summer’s big tournament in Russia, more than 150 playable teams and over 300 trophies to compete for.
Stickman Soccer 2018 also includes daily challenges that players can take part in via an internet connection, and it comes with full gamepad support. In addition to online play, the game supports local multiplayer when two controllers are present.
The sequel sports the same 3D graphics and detailed stick sprites as its 2017 predecessor, but the AI has been reworked from the ground up, so brace yourself for smarter opposition.
