Well, we've run the numbers, and we can now reveal that this week's game of the week, as voted for by you, the readers of 148Apps, is Powerless by Narratio. It actually was a close run thing this week, but we sent the figures to Strasbourg and the independent panel of experts there verified our choice. Seriously, that happened.

Powerless is a narrative experience focusing on a world where the power has been shut down. It's got a lot of really interesting stuff going for it, and we reckon it's a deserving winner of the shiny and hypothetical award we hand out every week.

For one thing, there's a diverse cast of characters to get to know here. We already covered that in a lot of detail in our interview with one of the developers, which you can find if you click right here.

More than that though, the game weaves a really interesting and important story, and shows the power that mobile gaming can have if it's handled well. It's not going to be to everyone's taste, but if anything that makes it even more deserving of the award.
