Co-Designed by ex-LucasArts designer Bill Tiller, Perils of Man is a new, modern, point-and-click adventure game from Swiss indie studio IF Games – and it’s available today.

In Perils of Man: Chapter 1, you play the character of young Ana Eberling, a teenager who has uncovered “a lost technology with the potential to eliminate the uncertainties of life.” And that’s where the adventure part of this adventure game comes in. She finds herself facing a variety of predicaments “both dangerous and bizarre.”

The game features a steampunk aesthetic, beautiful 3D animation, and challenging puzzles – but that’s not all it has to offer. It also features over 20 unique characters, clever dialogue, and an original score written by Paul Shapera.

You can find Perils of Man: Chapter 1 (only for the iPad), on the App Store for free.
