What it doesn't mention is that it can only play AVI videos that are compressed with iPhone settings (H.264 video, AAC or MP3 audio, around 1 MB/sec). Do you have an AVI like this? I've never actually seen one. You could only practically create one by intentionally creating an AVI that's playable on an iPhone. And why would you do that?
