Check out the fifth season of Hello Hero out right now on iOS and Android

Hello Hero has just been updated with the massive Fifth Season content patch that adds a ton of new features to the game, which was developed by Facebook's 2015 Studio to Watch winner, Fincon.

'Dawn of Evolution' is the name of the update, which features a new fusion system, higher grade heroes and items, and updated shop and level up systems.

You'll also find increased challenge in the Nightmare Continent, a tougher area which you can unlock by clearing the Glacial Mode. The latter of these has also been updated with legendary item drops.

There's also new Carat Packages and an updated interface to keep things fresh for long term players.

Haven't heard of Hello Hero? Well, it's an action RPG that launched in 2013 and challenges you to take on the evil Keronic threat as a guardian of the planet Armon.

You'll be tasked with building a team from a selection of eclectic heroes like cacti, cats, and mechas, then fight your way through a variety of different PvE and PvP modes like Boss and Guild Raids, the Arena, and dungeons.
