+ Universal App - Designed for iPhone and iPad

Asphalt Xtreme screamed its way onto the App Store last week, and so far it's got thousands of people hooked on its fast-action, super destructive driving shenanigans. It's a blast to just blaze through races destroying everything in your path. It may seem like total chaos, but massive mobile destruction does require a bit of finesse if you want to be truly succesful. Use these tips to really refine your game.

Destroy everything in your path
In this game, it's okay to wreck things. Plow through all obstacles. Doing so gives you a nice nitro boost which will help you get ahead of the competition. Any debris in your path is fair game, so rev your engine and get ready to cause some damage.

Maintain good control of your vehicle
Okay, so it sounds counterintuitive to the last point, but this isn't a complete free for all. While you can smash into boxes and other litter, do avoid clipping the walls or other cars. You can work your way up to cars, of course, but if you're current car isn't heavy enough you're not going to do yourself any favors crashing into someone.

Learn how to drift
Drifting is one of the best ways to charge up your nitro and get those all-important speed boosts, so you'll want to do it as much as possible. To drift, you want to tilt your screen for as long as possible, but not so long that you crash into a wall. You'll need to practice with the timing to get things just right. To really master it, make sure you steer with very subtle movements so you don't spin out and crash.

Asphalt Xtreme doesn't take itself too seriously. It's easy to have fun with this game, but if you really want to take things to the next level you'll want to pay attention to the details mentioned above. With these things in mind you'll be able to plow through the competition.
