Games based on classic literature always excite me. To me, having that familiarity with the games story, but with the expectation that there will be some kind of twist makes for a great experience. Being as jacked up as the story already is, Alice in Wonderland makes for a great video game adaptation (American McGee's Alice). Sonic Boom's (Puzzlings, Kill All Bugs!) newest game, Alice in Bomberland, takes this Alice in Wonderland story to the next level by presumably introducing bombs. I hope you are as intrigued as I am.
I don't have much info about the game, but here are some details. The game is from the same designer/developer as Topple, has illustrations done by children's book illustrator Mark Meyers, and has the same visual artist as Braid. If you haven't played Braid yet on your Mac, pick it up ASAP, it's so pretty. I have a few screenshots to hold you over until the game comes out, so enjoy! According to the developer, the game should be released in the upcoming weeks.
