App Description
The app implements the Floyd-Steinberg error diffusion dithering algorithm. Videos are converted to black and white pixels. The video will be 352x288 pixels. Later versions may support larger dimensions. Videos should remain under about a minute due to a memory leak that I hope to resolve shortly.
