Whosner is a new way of dating and connecting with people around you. It allows you to view users on both a map and a list according to their distance from you. It is a perfect way to make a first step in chatting with a nearby girl in a cafe.

Whosner uses your background location to display the distance between users. It shows your current position on map only when you are agreed to check-in. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This app is modified for low battery consumption.
