Q: Importing a movie or music, is not listed in the App?
A: Pleas in my films page or my music page, click on the top right corner of the refresh button later you can list your movies or music
Q: Playing movie is slowly when use windows share or NAS ?
A: Because movie files are large, the bandwidth required is relatively high, check to see if your router supports high-speed, and adjust to high-speed mode.
Q: Cann't open added windows share server
A: Check your PC IP address,If ip was change,Please remove your server in app,And add new server to App.
