Introducing the Sentencing Guidelines Referencer by RV Legal Publishing. From our courtroom experience, we appreciate the need to for an advocate to access the Sentencing Guidelines quickly and efficiently. Thanks to SGR, there is no need to scroll through pages or browse tiny thumbnails. SGR brings you all the guidelines a criminal advocate needs with as little as two taps. Select the guideline category and then select the offence. It is as simple as that. The guideline you need is presented on screen.
But SGR goes beyond simply showing you guidelines. It is built with useful tools and information such as Fine Bandings, Community Order levels and our Financial Penalty Calculator.
Up to date with Magistrates' Court and Crown Court guidelines, this is a must for the modern criminal advocate. We believe that Magistrates and Judges too will appreciate the ease in which documents are accessible.
This application is designed for iPad. Although this app can be installed on iPhone, users will not get the best experience. We would advise users that this app has full functionality on iPhone but due to the smaller screen size, users may be unable to read the print on the guidelines. Users should also note that this app does not currently support "pinch and zoom" to scale the guidelines.
