Meat Club is where friends come together to make sausages, smoked meats, and cured meats from scratch.

Meat Club is an app for making sausage and bacon from scratch, and is written to help novice to experienced cooks learn the art of meat.

Meat Club teaches you how to start a meat club, recommends equipment and ingredients for the meat projects, and provides detailed instructions for making meats from scratch. There are 12 meat projects, each of which includes instructions and photographs for making the project, a list of necessary equipment and ingredients, and finally a recipe that utilizes the meat project (e.g. a gumbo recipe that uses your homemade Andouille sausage).

Meat Club includes projects from around the globe that can be made with only a few pieces of readily available equipment. It features thoroughly tested recipes for Andouille, Bratwurst, Breakfast Sausage, Hot Dogs, Italian Sausage, Kielbasa, Linguiça, Longganisa, Merguez, Mexican Chorizo, and Pastrami.
