App Description
The AmpStrip App display data from the AmpStrip heart heart rate and activity tracker.
The AmpStrip App displays:
- Real-time heart rate and heart rate zone
- A chart of the last hour's data including time in zones
- Min and max heart rate
- Resting and Recovery heart rates
- Steps and calories
The AmpStrip is not a medical device. It should not be used to monitor patients with health conditions. It is intended solely to aid individuals in tracking their fitness goals.
The AmpStrip is a thin, waterproof device that tracks heart rate and activity around the clock with accuracy – all within a device that is discrete and comfortable. It can be comfortably worn all day, every day. It easily sticks to your torso and automatically tracks heart rate, activity, exercise load, skin temperature and posture. It also provides critical fitness insights like resting heart rate and heart rate recovery.
