Keep up to date with when you're working with WFS: Making Work Easy

This app connects to your employer’s scheduling system so that you know when and where you are working.

With WFS you can:
- Keep up to date with new schedules and schedule changes as they're published, so there are no unwelcome surprises.
- Let your employer know when you are available to work and how to contact you, so you don't miss out on shifts.
- Offer to work extra shifts that your manager makes available, boosting your earnings.
- Request and see your time off, so that you can plan your weeks.

This app requires your employer to use WFS for scheduling.

To activate your WFS: Making Work Easy account, please click the link in your registration email.

If you can’t find your registration email, please check your junk folder or speak to your manager.

On first opening the app, use the registration code contained in the registration email.

Note: Some app features may not have been enabled by your employer.

Worst App

Terrible app. The website login is different from your mobile login, so dumb to make people remember two passwords. Mobile app doesn’t let you look back on schedule for previous days worked. I have to login to their website just to look at previous dates worked because this app limits it to just the current date going forward. As soon as your scheduled shift is over, the ability to look at current day’s scheduled hrs is gone. Really really dumb design. I’ve seen smaller companies build better apps than this.

Glitchy

This is a very watered down version of the full website in terms of functionality. You can only do very basic and limited tasks. After updating iOS, app now won’t allow sign-in. When you click for help, it says email account has been inactivated despite being able to sign into the full website without any trouble at all. When you have issues with the app, it always tells you to get with your account manager at work to resolve issues. Really? My manager is not a WFS app technical difficulties specialist.

Notifications NEED FIXED

I thought this was fixed but its not were back to the approved declined notifications for requested days off again tieing up my emails and phone notifications you guys really need to get this fixed its been months and only one update had been issued and it did not correct the problem again this has been months now why is this such an issue why hasn't this been fixed why are no updates being pushed to try and correct this WHY
