Quality over quantity
If you are looking for an amp sim that sounds good then this is it. Do not fall for the hype and buy BIAS like I did because quite frankly, even a line6 spider sounds better than that steaming pile. Differential equations are an extremely accurate way of modeling circuits and it definitely shows in this amp sim. Great dynamics and no harsh prominent fizz. I would like to see the mercuriall tubes creamer ported to this app and a custom IR loader within the app itself instead of having to use third party apps for that. Those two things would pretty much make this amp sim perfect for me.
The best amp emulator with the best distortion on any platform!
This is hands down the best! People don’t review it, maybe because it’s free (which is insane, I got it when it was 10 bucks and I would spend twice as much for it any time) and because of that they don’t give credit for it, after all how good can a freebie be, right? I own pretty much all of the amp emulations on iOS but nothing comes even close to the realisim and sound quality of this app! Almost indistinguishable from the real thing including response and everything! Creamy smooth and crunchy in the same time, best distortion I ever heard in digital form. Their electronic components simulation technology is the best in the industry imo, they should be more recognized. These guys are the best, period, check out their desktop plugins too, very reasonably priced and amazing quality! Support them! Thank you for making this app free!
Amp one is crazy good....OMG....let me start with realistic good feeling sound
The choices of amps used here beats anything I'VE EVER USED...I CAN FINALLY FEEL THE SOUND UNDER MY FINGER TIPS....you know what i mean if you are a player the feel and vibe makes you play everything you know!!!!!!!! I have bias fx ,amplitube, sgear -2 ,vst plugins you name it i got it guitar rig , the peavy stuff...etc....you get the pic.....this is the first time i feel like I'M SETTING UP AND PLAYING AFTER A SOUND CHECK....the interface gives you dynamic access to your rig this program is hands down the best what you feel emotionally comes thru program iv'e used...if ....FROM MALMSTEEN TONES.....TO WES MONTGOMERY I FINALLY CAN FEEL THE SOUND LIKE WHEN IM PLAYING THRU MY AMPS.....I will put up a you tube video in a couple of days to prove to you what I'm saying from Metal to jazz and don't even mention the SRV AND HENDRIX VIBES THAT EMOTIONALLY FEEL RIGHT...AMP ONE GIVES YOU TRUE CREATIVE VIBES ....
