App Description
Are you following a weight loss diet based on food values / scores / or calories? Do you want to know how much your walking is earning you in extra exercise values?
Then you have found the app for you!
This application can use your phones built in pedometer*, your FitBit or your Jawbone UP fitness trackers to automatically get the steps you have walked and work out how much you have earned.
Don’t own one of those? Not to worry, you still have the option to enter your steps into the app manually and get the same values out.
We've also built in a weight and measurements tracker to keep you motivated to meet your personal weight and fitness goals in one handy app.
