CHECK STOCK: Quickly check if the product you love is available online or in any of our stores nationwide with one tap.
ENCORE LOYALTY: Encore loyalty rewards you for every online and in-store purchase you make. Collect, view and redeem your loyalty points all in our app. Making the trip to store? Access your loyalty card to collect points at the till – even without mobile network or Wi-Fi.
ORDER UPDATES: With the Brown Thomas Shopping App, you can get immediate updates on the status of your orders in your account. Enable push notifications to get an update whenever your order ships.
PUSH NOTIFICATIONS: Hear it here first! Stay up to date with the latest arrivals, exclusive launches and sale events when you turn on push notifications.
DELIVERY METHODS: Shop your favourite products online and take advantage of all our delivery methods right here in the app. In a hurry? Choose from Same Day, Nominated Day or Premium Express, or you can Click and Collect you order from any Brown Thomas or Arnotts store.
GIFTING DESTINATION: Make your order that bit more special with options for gift wrap on eligible items. Can’t decide what to buy? Purchase a Brown Thomas Gift Card in the app for redemption anywhere in-app, online or in-store.
INSPIRE: Experience exclusive stories and content in the Inspire section of our app. Get access to quick bursts of inspiration for fashion, makeup and more.
STORE RECEIPTS: Never lose a receipt again; you can find all your store receipts and online orders easily in your account. Each one has a barcode that can be scanned at any of our tills.
WISHLIST: Save all of your favourite fashion, beauty and home products to your Wishlist and manage them from the Brown Thomas App or online.
