Groovon is a place where people move music, be they music fans, musicians, bands, songwriters, labels or venues!
Here as a music fan, you can contribute, shape and make a difference to the music world by supporting, promoting, inspiring and giving back to artists.
At groovon, your contribution as a music fan is measured through a unique fanscore, which shows how big a music fan you really are. The fanscore attempts to measure your activity and influence levels as a music fan, as reflected in social media, starting with facebook. It is shown as a score between 0-100
Here, as a music fan you can
1.Find out and boost your fanscore
2.Challenge your friends on facebook to compare their fanscores with you
3.Post or share from groovon onto facebook. Your fanscore will be displayed next to your post on facebook
4.Follow top music fans in your city and from across the world
5.Recommend artist/bands and tracks - whether old or new, and view recommendations made by others
Groovon is absolutely free and you will love the way it allows you to keep a tab on your activities as well as of those that you follow by way of the groovon feed.
You will get continuous updates to your fanscore on every activity that you do on groovon to boost your fanscore and there is a dedicated page where you get to see the details of your fanscore.
We have gone ahead and created unique fan bands in different colors that indicate the type of music fan you are. It’s a fun way to graduate from being a Classic fan to a Hardcorefan and finally to be a Superfan!!
You can help us create a vibrant music fan community by recommending the kind of music you would want them to hear. You can even see what the other top fans (Superfans or Hardcorefans) are recommending themselves.
Also check out our My Profile page, where you can see all your details in one screen. This page can also be viewed by other music fans and if they like what they see, they can follow you as well.

We’ve spent a great deal of time thinking about the details and after using this app for a few days; you’ll begin to notice our small yet creative touches. We plan on to add exciting new features on a regular basis, so please spread the word and keep sending us your feedback!
