Massimo’s Restaurant is an Authetic italian restaurant, located in the heart of Marina with a fantastic waterfront terrace. It is managed by two Brother’s Massimo & Franco, they have the traditional italian recipes and make it with all the ingredients imported and selected direct from Italy. The flour for the Pizza, the Buffalo Mozzarella or Burrata, the Tomato, the Pasta and many other ingredients, are selected from the most exclusive Italian brands. All the process for the Home Made dishes like Pizza, Gnocchi, Parmigiana, Lasagne, Bolognese sauce and many more, follow the ancient italian culinary culture and respect the time allowed for making it.
The Pizza dough is kept 24/36 hours before to make a pizza, in order to complete the leavening and to be digestible. From the bread served still warm to the table, to the Dessert, everything is accurately made from our chef’s and give the typical genuine italian taste. If you are looking for an Authentic italian restaurant, come and taste for yourself you will not be disappointed.
