App Description
The Match Observer app is designed to allow the recording of all key performance elements for referees by their observer.
The key features of the app are the recording of:
- the score
- the referee’s contact details
- the team members names
- each occurrence of compliance or non-compliance in the referee’s performance
The app provides reports on;
- challenge of the game & end of match repot after referee debrief
- tabular listing of non-compliance by quarters
- timeline of events recorded by observer during the game
- a management matrix report on referee’s performance
- team lists and details of cards issued
At the end of the game when the observer has completed the end of game report the file is compiled as a PDF document and may be emailed to the referee, his/her coach and development office
