Needs some polish
Great device, but the application would benefit from HealthKit integration. Reading nutrition and energy expenditure from Healthkit would be extremely useful.
Poor record keeping - hard to track
This app doesn’t allow you to view your REE history despite having a “History” tab. Very confusing and difficult to use and interpret, I really wish they’d fix this because everything else about this product is brilliant.
finally affordable & trackable
Used these with activity monitors & MyfitnessPal to track and balance for Calorie deficit. straightforward interface, but takes some getting use to or training from professional. helped me lose fat.
