About the book:
Bethany can see well out of only one eye. John's view of the world is fuzzy and blurry; he can't see the whiteboard. Their mothers take them to a doctor who gives them eye exams in a dark room and then eye drops. They wear dark glasses. Bethany receives an eye patch and John a set of glasses. Bethany's weak eye starts to grow stronger. Both children are happy to be able to see better than before.

Education doesn’t have to be boring. It should be fun! Pickatale was made to improve children’s reading skills, to help them learn about animals, cultures, historical figures and more, and to have fun learning through reading books.

How do we help children read and learn?
