App Description

Avalon Defence is an exciting new space adventure game where you are in control of an amazing, high-tech space weapon and must use it to rid the moon of its enemies; the Lunars! These hostile aliens attacked and destroyed the Avalon base camp, sending humans fleeing back to Earth.
The base has now been rebuilding with an incredibly strong defence system ....... the Avalon Defence Module. This powerful weapon offers the only hope of annihilating the Lunars, who now inhabit the Moon's deep craters, and allow humans to return safely to their settlements.

The main module of Avalon is well equipped to automatically shoot at attacking aliens. Upgrade points are won as Lunars are destroyed, enabling you to add, and control, up to four more exchangeable weapons:-
The Slow Motion Gun is a short range weapon, effective at slowing down the enemy.
The Flame Thrower is a medium range weapon which can cause extensive damage.
The Sniper is a powerful, long range gun with a steady rate of fire.
The Radar is a mighty, long range weapon.

There is also the possibility to buy the fantastic Plasma Blaster; a secret weapon of unknown origin and undiscovered powers

There are three types of Lunars, each with their own unique strengths. As they emerge from the craters they head straight for the base, encircling it and eating away at the wall of the module. They can be destroyed not only with the weapons of the Avalon Defence Module, but you can also capture meteorites and use them as exploding bombs to wipe out several Lunars at a time.

The aim of Avalon Defence is to survive the increasingly strong and fast waves of attack from the Lunar Army. Quick reactions and accurate firing skills will minimise your loss of life and maximise your upgrading potential.
